3 - 4 small sweet bell peppers (red, yellow, orange, whatever)
some broccoli (some = however much you want. I usually do a few flowers, say about 3-7 depending on the size)
shredded cheese (as much as you want, and I use the bagged kind from Costco)
Crust: I've been doing crustless for a while (Thanks for the tip, Mamma Katy!!) But when I do do a crust (ha ha, I said do-do), I use the premade ones. So, do it or don't, up to you
How to:
Preheat the oven to 350o
If you use a crust, get it out and ready it up however those instructions say
If you don't use a crust, get a pie pan out and set it aside. Do not grease it up or anything
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs/egg whites and coconut milk
In the microwave, warm up the 3-4 sausage patties for 30 seconds. This is just to make them soft enough for you to cut up into small pieces with kitchen scissors. So, once they're out of the 'wave, cut them into small pieces.
Cut into small pieces:
the bell peppers
the broccoli
Add the sausage pieces, the peppers, the broccoli, and the cheese into the egg/coconut milk mix. Mix it up
